Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using backhaus.tech (the "Site") and any products or services offered by BackHAUS ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Products

WooCommerce Email Campaigns Pro is a paid WordPress plugin offered as an annual subscription. A free version with limited features is available separately on WordPress.org.

WP-Narcan is a free, open-source tool provided under the MIT License. It is provided as-is without warranty.

3. License Terms

• Each license key is valid for the number of sites specified by the purchased tier (1 site for Single, 3 sites for 3-Site Pack).
• Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed for continued access to updates and Pro features.
• License keys are non-transferable and are tied to the purchasing account.
• You may activate and deactivate sites as needed within your site limit.
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses that are being shared, redistributed, or used in violation of these terms.
• If your license expires, the plugin will continue to function but Pro features will be disabled and you will not receive updates.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via the contact form. Refunds are issued at our discretion and the associated license will be revoked upon refund.

5. Services

WordPress security and consulting services are provided on a per-engagement basis. Scope, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.

We make best efforts to resolve security issues but cannot guarantee that all malware or vulnerabilities will be identified or that a site will not be re-compromised in the future.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell license keys
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent license validation
• Use our services to engage in any unlawful activity
• Abuse our API endpoints or attempt to overwhelm our systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent license limits

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding on this Site are owned by BackHAUS unless otherwise stated. WooCommerce Email Campaigns Pro is licensed (not sold) to you under these terms. WP-Narcan is licensed under the MIT License.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all environments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BackHAUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
